What you’ll do:
The Fall in Love with Your Breathing Challenge is a 10-day guided journey that reconnects you to the most underutilized, most powerful tool you have: your breathing.
Each weekday, one of our expert teachers will guide you through a live, 20-minute breathing-based practice. These sessions will reset, rewire, and revitalize your body, mind and nervous system.
No yoga, meditation or breathwork experience necessary. You just show up and connect with your breathing.

All sessions will be 7-7:20am PT. Join from anywhere! The office or in your PJs. Camera can be on or off.

No worries! Each session is recorded and uploaded to the app within 24 hours. You can practice anytime, on your schedule.

None! These practices are designed to meet you exactly where you’re at! Whether you're brand new and just discovering the power of your breathing or seasoned through pranayam, breathwork or functional breathing, you'll find something powerful here.

It’s both — and neither. These are guided breathing-based practices, drawing from yoga, somatics, nervous system science, and therapeutic techniques. Some days will feel energizing and others calming. All aim to provide an experience where you fall in love with your breathing.

The challenge is free to join! You’ll have access to all the recordings for 2 weeks. After that, they go in the Breathing Resources Library and 20 Minute Miracle Toolkit.
