  • This is Yoga Asana meets Movement Science. Classes begin with a check-in because practice is tailored to the needs of the small group. Expect releasing work at the beginning to calibrate your nervous system and maximize potential for transformation. Followed by nitty-gritty, sneaky-strength-building to create new neuropathways. Finally, there is a breathing-based, grace-filled flow. You’ll finish practice with a deep sense of satisfaction.

  • Asana Strong feels like the yoga you love and builds the strength that you need.

    You’ll want yoga blocks, yoga strap, fabric and rubber resistance bands, a myofascial release ball, and hand weights.
