The first two days of live, guided breathing practices have been soooooo sweeeeeet! Simply watching your breathing expands inner awareness and sets a different rhythm for your day. I find that I have a quieter mind, slower heartbeat, space to be responsive, and a gentler touch with everything I do and say.
