Ankle sprains and instability are interesting. It's always connected to feet, hips, and breathing. Yes, breathing. It's well documented that functional breathing strengthens your ankles.

Why? Well, it's all connected, right? And functional breathing sets off a cascade of power and stability in your body. But you have to be well aligned to get the diaphragm going in the first place.
