Breathing IS Your Core (I’ll show you how)

Most people think of core as abs. But real and reliable core is a pressure system powered by your breathing.

When your diaphragm and pelvic floor are aligned, they create intra-abdominal pressure — like a taut drum. That pressurized pump is your body’s invisible engine. It stabilizes your spine, improves your posture, and even influences circulation and digestion.

But here’s the catch: if your ribs flare or your pelvis tips forward (butt back), your cannot get the connection you need for real core. That’s why most "core work" doesn't stick, doesn't help your low back, and may make things worse.
