Each teacher brings their own brilliance — science, spirit, and lived experience — to help you reset your body, mind, and nervous system.

Erika Bélanger – Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) Coach and Somatic Yoga Therapist. Erika will help you turn your sensitivity into a superpower. Practice with her Tuesday.

Adam Spillman – Human Potential Coach. After a cancer diagnosis and being told he had one week to live without treatment, Adam discovered the healing power of breathwork and cold exposure. Join him Wednesday.

Diana May – Neuro-Somatic Teacher & Trainer. Diana blends spirit and science to help you explore your cranial nerves for better breathing — and better being. Practice with her Thursday.

Brighton Laughlin – Holistic Breathwork Coach & Founder of Beyond Body Wellness. Brighton will help you ground gratitude into your body through your breathing. Join him Friday.
