My strength journey began with bands.
And I’m consistently delighted by how much they do — especially for your joints.

Resistance bands wake up the stabilizer muscles that often stay sleepy in traditional yoga (and can even check out when you're lifting weights!)

They’re incredible for building strength that feels like yoga — whole, connected, powerful.
